TRANSTRON L
Conveyor system with textile belt for products up to 60 kg
Conveyor belt systems of the TRANSTRON L type are used for conveying heavy products or formats on a textile belt. The large roller diameter allows the delivery of belt widths for complete format sets or large packs. A total load of up to 60 kg is possible depending on the speed (up to 100 kg with a special drive). A quick-change version for the belt is available for easy cleaning and maintenance.

Reliable conveyance and ejection
Mesutronic conveyor systems use high-quality individual components to ensure stable, long-term operation. The hygienic basic structure allows easy cleaning and prevents the accumulation of product residues or cleaning agents. Depending on the type, they can be equipped with a blower nozzle, pusher, flap, retraction or an individual separation unit for the removal of contaminated products.

This ranges from cleaning conditions with high-pressure cleaners, to dust- or salt-laden environments and potentially explosive areas. All of our conveyor systems are perfectly adapted to our customers’ requirements, with countless variations available. They are supplemented with useful accessories, including frequency converters, protective covers or sensor packages to meet various commercial standards. Line height, conveyor length and conveyor width are defined according to the project in order to ensure a simple design.
