MODERN SOLUTIONS FOR THE FOOD INDUSTRY

At Anuga FoodTec 2024, Mesutronic will for the first time be presenting the new network software of its metal detectors and X-ray inspection systems, as well as information on the optimised electronic versions of the AMD 05 and AMD 07.

Of course, we have also installed our foreign body detection systems for you at our booth B-010 in Hall 05.2. First and foremost of these is our easySCOPE series X-ray inspection system. The detection of foreign bodies by means of X-rays sets new standards in quality assurance in the food sector.

New network software – mesuLINK

As the successor to mesuNET, the new mesuLINK network software is specially designed for the requirements of modern quality assurance, primarily. Especially in combination with the new AMD 7.2 and AMD 5.3 electronic versions, visualisation and storage of process data are easier than ever.

X-ray inspection system – easySCOPE

The compact design of the ST model allows installation even in places where there is minimal installation space. The focus of the development was on saving time for users from the fields of quality assurance, plant technology and production management, as well as on increasing overall plant efficiency.

Metal detector – METRON 07 CI with mesuCOMPKIT

This metal detector, with conveyor system, fully meets the requirements of various commercial standards, such as BRCGS, IFS, Tesco Higher Level, M&S, etc. The conveyor system can be individually adapted to the requirements of the line.
