Our new subsidiary Mesutronic Inc. was founded in the first half of the year and is now officially starting its business activities.

The local team is now in a position to cultivate relationships with our customers in North America even more intensively. Previously, our systems were purchased there via dealers or system manufacturers.

Marco Venditti is the head of our American subsidiary. He has been with Mesutronic for over ten years in various roles, most recently as Business Development Manager. The team is strengthened by Emmett Keim, who has also been an expert in the field of product inspection for more than a decade. He will contribute his expertise in after-sales service as well as in the areas of sales and project planning.

We are delighted that we have been able to recruit these two experienced experts for the international development of our global presence. The operational headquarters are located in Salisbury, North Carolina. They are supported by additional employees in the USA and Germany.
