High-end metal separator for examining bulk materials in free fall
Metal separators of the QUICKTRON 07 RH type are used for the examination of powders and granulates in free-fall lines. They are available in nominal diameters of up to 300 mm and cover all areas of application, from the laboratory to lorry loading. Its hygienic structure and easy cleanability prevent cross-contamination between product batches. Depending on the requirement, they can increase process reliability or also perform the inspection of outgoing goods.

With no tools needed, it only takes seconds to remove the flap to facilitate cleaning and maintenance. With nominal diameters of up to 200 mm, the complete separating diverter can also be separated from the device in just a few simple steps.
