The autoTEST test system monitors the detection accuracy of the inspection system independently of the user and the metal detector. With it, short test cycles, and thus high process reliability, can be achieved without additional effort.

Safe and process-reliable
The automated test process reliably prevents operator errors due to the incorrect positioning of test specimens or incorrect test procedures. There are drastic reductions in manual testing effort. This gives the system a short payback period. The results can be reproduced much more reliably. The autoTEST electronics are independent of the metal detector and are only operated via the same display. Communication with the metal detector is via Ethernet.
Compliant with design and data management
The programmed procedures correspond to prescribed test processes, making them easy to integrate into existing HACCP concepts. The full logging of all events and results ensures traceability at all times. Tests can be carried out both on an event-based basis (for example during product exchange) or on a time basis (every two hours).
Flexible adaptation to the application
The autoTEST system is compatible with all AMD 07-series devices. A wide range of test specimen sizes and metal types to be tested is preset on the system and can easily be selected per product. Versions in the ATEX or IP 69k protection class are available for demanding areas.
