The mesuLINK software offers a clear, modern user interface for the maintenance and process data visualisation of metal detectors and X-ray inspection systems. Data from systems are collected and visualized for the user, even across different production facilities. Adjustable KPIs give an immediate feedback on the current state of the foreign body management system.
Compliant with design and data management
Access is user-based and password-protected. This rules out the possibility of manipulation. The system offers extensive possibilities for the manual or automatic creation of reports on batches, products, after events, and much more. The modular system design allows the use of different functional packages, for example for quality assurance or maintenance.
Flexible adaptation to the application
The user interface can be accessed via any device by using a standard web browser. Devices from the AMD 05, AMD 07 and easySCOPE series can be integrated into the network. They are directly connected via Ethernet TCP/IP.Older AMD 05 systems can be upgraded accordingly. The software is hosted either on premise or in the cloud on german servers.
