LEAN Training at Mesutronic:Another step towards efficiency
Mesutronic GmbH recently had the honor of hosting an extensive LEAN training session conducted by Staufen AG on behalf of INDUS Holding AG for various subsidiaries. Under the expert guidance of trainer Nicole Ziegler, this training was another crucial step in the ongoing implementation and improvement of LEAN management systems among INDUS subsidiaries. The project is expertly overseen by Dr.-Ing. Philipp Stüer from the corporate side.
Josef Vogl, Production Manager at Mesutronic, took on the responsibility on-site and ensured the smooth running of the event. The training provided participants with valuable insights and practical methods to increase efficiency and reduce waste in their respective companies. The daily use of LEAN tools such as shopfloor management was demonstrated on-site.
Employees from various INDUS subsidiaries participated in the training, including those from Held Systems GmbH, Mewesta Hydraulik GmbH & Co. KG, H. Heitz Furnierkantenwerk GmbH & Co. KG, Mikrop AG, Karl SIMON GmbH & Co. KG, and ASS Maschinenbau GmbH. This diversity of participants enabled a lively exchange of experiences and best practices, further enhancing the benefits of the training.
The event was a great success and another step towards a leaner and more efficient future for all involved. Mesutronic GmbH is proud to be part of this important initiative and looks forward to further progress in LEAN management.
