Conveyor system with modular belt for products up to 40 kg
Conveyor belt systems of the TRANSTRON C type are used for conveying open products or for strict cleaning requirements. Different chain types allow the safe conveying of products in jars, bottles, E2 boxes or loose on the conveyor belt. A total load of up to 40 kg is possible depending on the speed.

Reliable conveyance and ejection
Mesutronic conveyor systems use high-quality individual components to ensure stable, long-term operation. The hygienic basic structure allows easy cleaning and prevents the accumulation of product residues or cleaning agents. Depending on the type, they can be equipped with a blower nozzle, pusher, flap, retraction or an individual separation unit for the removal of contaminated products.

All of our conveyor systems are perfectly adapted to our customers’ requirements, with countless variations available. They are supplemented with useful accessories, including frequency converters, protective covers or sensor packages to meet various commercial standards. Line height, conveyor length and conveyor width are defined according to the project in order to ensure a simple design.
