X-ray inspection system for the examination of packaged products of width up to 380 mm
X-ray inspection systems of the easySCOPE 400 type are used for inspecting medium-sized products. Objects with widths of up to 380 mm can be examined for foreign bodies and quality defects. The generous standard scope of delivery is complemented by accessories such as an air conditioner, separation systems or extended software functions for quality improvement.

Unlike many other products, all of our systems allow the inspection of products with high density or fast throughput without high additional costs. A standard package of functions and algorithms also allows the implementation of a reliable programme for foreign body control and quality improvement in the basic version.

During the development, special attention was paid to making the most important operating steps as self-explanatory as possible for the respective user groups. Regular maintenance work such as belt changes or the renewal of protective curtains can be performed in just a few steps.

These basic functions can be supplemented with the mesuNET network software, the mesuREMOTE remote maintenance tool or the mesuEXPORT reporting feature to allow full use of the potential of digitisation and Industry 4.0.
